First I created a 4 cylinder diesel turbo engine with plastic tubing and straws. I marked on the 40 Ford coupe where I wanted to cut out so I could replace it with louvres. Then I chopped the roof. I banged up the body, painted in welds and aged the paint to achieve the look I wanted. The turbo was made from clay, the piping done with plastic tuning. Return to Rat Rods Car Models page
