Beef Wellington Puffs


These are real tasty Puff Pastries filled with beef, potatoes, garlic and onions.


Use the Puff Pastry Sheets, roasted garlic, precooked beef (or cook a roast yourself), some previously browned onions and potatoes.


Thaw out the sheets and roll them out a little to make them thinner.


Cut the sheets to roughly 7x3 inches and spoon in some cooked beef, garlic, onions and potatoes.


Fold over the sheet and crimp the edges to keep it together while baking at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until the pastry turns golden.

Pizza Puffs


Puff pastry filled with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.


Lay out the pastry in squares and spoon in some pizza or spaghetti sauce,
pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese.


Wrap up the ends and pinch together to hold together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
minutes or until the pastry turns golden.

Spanakopita Puffs


Puff pastry filled with spinach and Feta cheese.


Lay out the pastry in squares and spoon in some defrosted frozen spinach, a
pinch of garlic powder and top with Feta cheese.


Wrap up the ends and pinch together to hold together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
minutes or until the pastry turns golden.

Pizza Dip


This is a tasty dip that tastes like pepperoni pizza.

In a bowl, mix together:
8 oz of softened cream cheese,
1/2 cup of sour cream,
1 tsp of oregano,
1/8 tsp of garlic powder and
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper.


Spread a layer of the above mixture in an oven dish and add a layer of Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce.


Spread 1/2 cup of chopped pepperoni on top and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Spread 1/2 cup of shredded Mozarella cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve with Tositos Scoups torilla chips.
