Chocolate and Almond Puff Pastries


For the chocolate pastries:
Thaw out the Puff Pastry sheets for about 45 minutes.
Melt some semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave.
Cut the sheets into squares with a pizza cutter.
Spoon the melted chocolate in the middle of the sheets.
Roll up the sheets and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.

For the almond pastries:
Thaw out the Puff Pastry sheets for about 45 minutes.
Break off some almond paste, roll in your fingers and place in the middle of the sheets.
Roll up the sheets and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and spoon on some vanilla cake icing.
Sprinkle on some sliced almonds.
