Swiss Cheese Omlette


Put a tablespoon of butter into the pan.
Mix 2 eggs and pour into pan when butter has melted.
Sprinkle some pepper onto egg.
Flip egg over once it’s browned.
Flip over again once the other side has been browned.
Place pieces of swiss cheese over half the egg and flip the other side on top of it.
Cook until the cheese is melted.

Pasta Casserole


Cook up some rotini pasta and drain.
Add the pasta to a baking dish and mix in some spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown.

French Toast


Beat two eggs and a dash of milk in a dish. Dip in slices of bread and fry in a pan with some butter.
Serve with cinnamon, powdered sugar and pancake syrup.
